- The Telework Coalition takes a proactive approach to accelerate adoption of telework and telecommuting, developing an overall awareness and acceptance of the benefits of telework by employers and employees in both the public and private sectors. Working with policy makers developing incentives including tax credits for employers and employees who engage in telework programs, they also establish pilot telework, telemedicine, and distance learning programs.
